Medicine Ball Abdominal Exercise (video)


This is the three circuit medicine ball routine I do, which is a simple demonstration of three great core exercise you can do before or post your run swim/bike/run session, each week building to one set more.

The size of the medicine ball depends on your strength and ability as to where you are at, so i suggest people who are just starting out with core work and exercise, begin with a very light medicine ball and for the more advanced fitness people and athletes to move to a heavier medicine ball as they progress and become stronger. Always most importantly, hold form and keep the core switched on throughout your exercises.

It is a perfect little routine for busy mums, dads, that do not have time too go to the gym and they can do this in front of the TV on their balcony, get some music going for motivation and even watch there young ones whilst working their tummies :)
