Some New Gear
I have been fortunate to get some new compression gear from BodyScience (BSc) which I train in every day. The compression tights are the most comfortable I have worn and my legs recover well from using them. They look great too - very important! The crop top feels sexy and is very comfortable as well.
I've been using the new gels from BSc on the bike and hard run training sessions and I'm really happy with the results I'm getting from them. The fact that they taste good is a real bonus too. Thanks BSc. It's all a great boost.
